The Sonoma Index-Tribune is a twice-weekly (Tuesday and Friday) newspaper covering Sonoma Valley, Jack Londons famous "Valley of the Moon." Located 40 miles north of San Francisco in Northern Californias premier Wine Country, Sonoma Valley is 18 miles long, extending from the San Pablo Bay north to Kenwood. The City of Sonoma, built around a green, tree-filled "Plaza" created by Sonomas founder General Mariano Vallejo, is the Valleys cultural and business center.

The Sonoma Index-Tribune has a paid circulation of approximately 9,000. It has an award-winning staff that covers local news, local people, schools, government, sports, business and agriculture, including the wine industry. It also has a dining and entertainment section that focuses on local events. The same news staff that produces the newspaper also provides most of the content for its Web site, sonomanews.com.

It is now available in your iPhone and iPod Touch.
